I am Bijan Mondal Personal Fitness Coach and Nutrition Advisor.

I help my clients to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. I also help them to better understand how their bodies work and how to eat healthy. I work with clients of all ages, from young children to seniors. I design programs that are specific to each client‘s needs and goals.
